Financial Policy

We are committed to providing you with the best possible care. If you have dental insurance, we are anxious to help you receive your maximum allowable benefits. In order to achieve these goals, we need your assistance, and your understanding of our payment policy.

Fees must be paid in full at the time of service unless alternate financial arrangements have been made. The following financial options have been made available for your considerations:

FEES PAID PER APPOINTMENT for those services rendered. Payment may be made with cash, by check, or with VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit cards.

FULL CASH PAYMENT of your total estimated treatment fee by cash or check prior to the beginning of restorative treatment. You will receive a 5% fee reduction. There is no fee reduction from the Dental Hygiene department.

CARE CREDIT offers a healthcare finance program. A credit application will need to be completed in our office for approval prior to beginning treatment. This program allows you to make 6 equal monthly payments at a 0% interest rate. Please understand that advanced approval is necessary.

Our FINANCIAL MANAGER will make all your financial arrangements. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask for clarification.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan with Care Credit but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.
